A time for blogging

Ok... so I am now sitting down with enough time to actually write about Christmas and all the other happenings in our wonderful little life. 

Will had a good Christmas and had lots of fun family time.  Here is a picture of him with his first wrapped present.  He didn't help unwrap them until close to the time that we were all done, but definitely a memorable day for everyone!

 

We had Jami, Ernie, and Jessy over for the week of Christmas and it was a lot of fun.  I stayed up late one night to finish making Jess a little scrapbook calender and it was worth it to see the look on her face as she went through the pictures.  I only wish that I had my own copy (I think I did a good job for a beginning scrapbooker). 

When we went to California, Ernie's aunt, Joyce sent us away with a little something to get Will a present.  She was looking for a "Johnny Jump Up" but couldn't find one anywhere.  I was fortunate to fall upon one while Christmas shopping so I used the money to get it for the little big guy.  He has been having so much fun in it while Mommy cleans the kitchen or eats breakfast.  I think that he has just figured out that he can actually jump as he was doing that this morning and getting both feet off the ground.  

Another fun little thing that Will got was a Baby Einstein crawling tunnel.  In the mornings he usually has about 30 min to an hour of "Tummy Time" and the tunnel is a nice change of scenery and textures.  As you can tell, he really likes looking at all the bright colors and animals.
