burning belly

So I am trying not to complain too much as my third trimester progresses, but there is just one thing thing that makes me want to complain about a bunch of other things. So the baby hasn't flipped over yet and his head is still up in my ribs, growing with each passing day. This week has been the hardest. He pushes up high to the point that my muscles are getting streched more and more and then I start to feel the burn. Like the feeling you would get after stretching a muscle that hasn't been stretched for a while and you know it is stretching good when you get that burning feeling. Well, this is a lot like that. It almost feels like someone is ironing my belly or slowly pouring hot water on the top of my tummy. Whenever I put pressure on the spot, it feels ok for a second and then comes right back. Whenever Spencer puts pressure on there, the little guy quickly starts behaving and the burn goes away for a lot longer than when I do the same thing. I guess our little one knows that when daddy comes around, its time to be nice to mom!

Oh, the joys of pregnancy. I remember. You'll forget once you see that beautiful face on delivery day. Don't have any advice there.
It's so good to see you have a blog. I haven't seen you in a long time. Suzi told me about your wedding. Congrats. You look beautiful. Love the pic.
